Momken For Her, an Egyptian company dedicated to creating equal career opportunities, and Mashreq, a leading financial institution in the MENA region, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at empowering women and fostering gender diversity in the professional landscape. This partnership, which underscores both organizations’ commitment to diversity and inclusion, aims to provide meaningful opportunities for women with career gaps through Mashreq’s “Reignite” initiative.
Through this collaboration, the two entities will focus on creating tangible career pathways for women who have experienced career breaks, particularly those seeking to rejoin the workforce. Central to this initiative is Mashreq’s “Reignite” program, which is designed to empower women with career breaks by offering tailored mentorship, professional development, and employment opportunities. Together, Momken For Her and Mashreq aim to bridge the gender employment gap, providing women with the tools and support they need to reignite their careers and thrive in today’s evolving job market.
As part of the collaboration, the event featured a series of interactive career coaching workshops, specifically designed to equip women with the skills and confidence needed to successfully re-enter the job market. These workshops offered personalized guidance on resume building, effective interview techniques, and strategies for adapting to today’s dynamic workplace environments, empowering participants to take the next step in their professional journeys with renewed confidence. Attendees also had the chance to submit their CVs directly to the recruitment team, gaining valuable access to potential roles within Mashreq.
