Madinet Masr Inks a Strategic Letter of Cooperation with The Faculty of Business Administration, Economics and Political Science of The British University in Egypt to Foster Innovation and Equip Young Talent for the Job Market

Madinet Masr (EGX: MASR.CA), one of Egypt’s leading real estate development companies, has signed a strategic letter of cooperation with the Faculty of Business Administration, Economics, and Political Science (BAEPS) at The British University in Egypt (BUE) on 15 July 2025.

The aim is to establish a comprehensive framework for collaboration to advance mutual goals in community service, sustainability, and experiential learning, and provides students with practical, hands-on experience that enhances their readiness for the job market.

The cooperation was signed by Eng. Abdallah Sallam, President and CEO of Madinet Masr, and Prof. Hadia Fakhreldin, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, Economics, and Political Science (BAEPS) at BUE in the presence of senior executives from Madinet Masr and several Faculty members.

Under this agreement, both parties will jointly develop specialized training and educational programs, as well as co-host workshops and seminars designed to raise awareness and build essential skills among students and professionals in business management.

The partnership will also involve collaboration on innovative research projects, in-depth case studies, and issuing academic publications that enrich knowledge in business management and provide solutions to current and future challenges.

In terms of education and career development, Madinet Masr will offer internships for students of BAEPS, aligned with the company’s needs.

This will enable them to gain direct, hands-on experience in project coordination and other business-related fields, thereby enhancing their readiness for the job market.

In parallel, the faculty will invite experts and caliber from Madinet Masr to deliver lectures and interactive workshops to students and academic staff, fostering knowledge exchange and industry insights.

Madinet Masr will also support the faculty’s efforts to encourage students to participate in activities and social activities that align with their academic and civic learning, further strengthening their role in community engagement.
