Talabat Egypt Signs Two Memorandums of Understanding with the Ministry of Labour, «Sonaa El Kheir» Foundation, and the Suez Canal Bank to Enhance Workplace Safety and Empower Youth

Reaffirming its pivotal role in shaping the e-commerce sector, Talabat Egypt hosted its Annual Partner Awards, an event that celebrated its “Partners in Success,” including vendors, suppliers, and institutional collaborators.
The ceremony was attended by senior government officials — ministers, governors, and heads of major investment authorities — highlighting the importance of public-private partnerships in driving Egypt’s digital transformation.
The event also marked Talabat’s fifth anniversary in Egypt, symbolizing five years of innovation, collaboration, and growth. Throughout the evening, the company showcased its milestones and success stories, reaffirming its commitment to supporting the national economy, driving digital innovation, and creating sustainable job opportunities.
Partner Awards and Recognition
During the ceremony, Talabat Egypt presented its 2025 Partner Awards to honor outstanding partners for excellence, growth, and impact.
Strategic Partners
Recognized partners included: Talaat Moustafa Group, Hassan Allam Holding, Vodafone, CIB, and Mastercard, for their long-term collaboration in sustainability, digital transformation, and innovative financial solutions.

Awards were granted to Nestlé, PepsiCo, Domty, Edita, and Americana Restaurants for their exceptional contributions to operational excellence and customer experience.
Partners in Success
Honored brands included Papa John’s, Pizza Station, Buffalo Burger, Bazooka, Cilantro, Kansas Fried Chicken, Ama Sushi, Carrefour, Metro Market, Mars, and Almarai, for their remarkable achievements and customer-focused performance.
In addition, the Tech4Good Award was presented to Misr El Kheir Foundation and Sonaa El Kheir Foundation for their impactful use of technology in community development and social innovation.
Signing of Two Memorandums of Understanding
In line with its mission to build a safer and more inclusive ecosystem, Talabat Egypt signed two significant MoUs during the event.
First MoU: With the Ministry of Labour
This agreement, part of the “Your Safety Matters” initiative, aims to promote occupational safety for delivery riders and create safer, more sustainable working environments.
The MoU was signed by Eng. Mohamed Mohsen (Head of Logistics Operations at Talabat Egypt) and Ms. Maha Saleh (Head of Communications, Public Affairs, and Sustainability), in the presence of H.E. Mohamed Gobran, Minister of Labour.
Second MoU: “Sekket Rezk” Initiative
The second agreement was signed between Talabat Egypt, Sonaa El Kheir Foundation, and Suez Canal Bank to launch the first phase of the “Sekket Rezk” initiative — a youth employment and empowerment program for underserved communities.
The signing was attended by Dr. Mostafa Zamzam (Chairman of Sonaa El Kheir Foundation), Mr. Amr Tantawy (Chairman of Suez Canal Bank), and Dr. Nour El Ziny (Head of Financial Inclusion, Corporate Communications, and CSR at Suez Canal Bank).
