Raya Holding and Five of its Portfolio Companies Awarded Egyptian Gender Equity Seal by the National Council for Women

Raya Holding for Financial Investments, together with five of its Portfolio Companies, “Raya Customer Experience, Aman Holding, Raya IT, Raya Electric, and Raya Smart Buildings” have been awarded the Egyptian Gender Equity Seal (EGES) by the National Council for Women. The recognition underscores the group’s commitment to building fair, inclusive, and supportive workplaces.

The achievement highlights Raya’s long‑standing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as its embrace of global principles of women’s empowerment across all operations.
