Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait – Egypt organizes Blood drive campaign in support of Ahl Masr Burn Hospital
Cairo, December 2025:
Within the framework of Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait Egypt’s (ABK-Egypt) active role in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the initiatives taken to enhance public health and wellbeing, the Bank organized a blood drive campaign for employees in its Smart Village Headquarters in support of “Ahl Masr Burn Hospital”. The initiative aims to encourage ABK-Egypt’s employees to positively participate in community service and spread awareness on the importance of blood donation in treating and saving the lives of patients in need.
The campaign was held under the supervision of specialized physicians who performed a series of pre-donation health check-ups to measure blood pressure and hemoglobin level & ensure donors are in good health and able to donate. Ahl Masr Foundation’s team also featured an awareness session for Bank employees covering first aid for burn injuries and immediate response techniques.
Ahl Masr Burn Hospital expressed its deep appreciation for the initiative of Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait – Egypt, affirming that such partnerships play a pivotal role in supporting patients and providing essential resources for their treatment. The hospital added that this collaboration reflects genuine social responsibility and contributes to enhancing its ability to deliver comprehensive medical services to burn patients.
It is worth mentioning that ABK-Egypt’s employees are dedicated to active participation in community and volunteering initiatives in support of the most underprivileged families, driven by their deep belief in the value of giving.
