Capria Ventures has announced its participation with a $1 million investment in a $5 million Seed funding round for Flextock, a platform specialized in enabling small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to manage warehousing, sales, shipping, and inventory financing through a single integrated system.

Notably, more than half of the merchants on the platform are first-time online sellers, meaning the company is creating new demand in the region’s e-commerce market rather than merely redistributing existing market share.

As part of its expansion strategy, Flextock is strengthening its presence in Saudi Arabia, one of the region’s most important and valuable trade corridors. By fully managing cross-border logistics operations, the company is unlocking new revenue opportunities for Egyptian brands and demonstrating its ability to scale in high-value markets.

Flextock’s operations are powered by an advanced artificial intelligence engine known as FlexAI, which automates operational processes and reduces return rates to below 10%, compared to a market average of approximately 20%.
