In line with strengthening strategic partnerships and supporting sustainable shared growth, the annual strategic meeting Prime Summit 26 was held with the participation of Egyptian Company for Cosmetics (ECC), Monaco, and Tribu Care, attended by the leadership teams of the three companies.
The meeting was attended by:
• Dr. Mohamed Salah, Chief Executive Officer of ECC
• Mr. Islam Abbassy, Chief Executive Officer of Monaco
The discussions included a comprehensive review of the current business volume among the three companies, an evaluation of the results achieved through previous cooperation, and an exchange on strategic objectives for the coming years, aimed at strengthening integration across manufacturing, packaging, and marketing operations.
The Tribu Care team also presented a series of innovative marketing initiatives designed to drive growth and significantly scale the business, targeting a fivefold increase in overall business volume by 2026 through the expansion of distribution channels, strengthening brand portfolios, and adopting more advanced digital marketing strategies focused on both local and regional markets.
In addition, Dr. Mohamed Salah and Mr. Islam Abbassy shared their perspectives on the latest developments in the skincare, haircare, and dietary supplements sectors, highlighting evolving consumer preferences, advancements in manufacturing quality, and innovation in packaging design and supply. These insights enriched the discussion and contributed to shaping a clearer vision for the future growth trajectory.
