Cairo, 14 April 2026:
LG Electronics has announced the launch of the NBA Bounce game on its smart TVs and displays, in a move that reflects its expansion into the interactive gaming market on large screens, in collaboration with Outright Games and Blacknut.
The game is available through the LG Gaming Portal and its apps, offering an arcade-style basketball experience on devices running webOS 6.0 and later versions, enabling users to enjoy an engaging multiplayer gaming experience directly on their TVs.
NBA Bounce features fast-paced gameplay, allowing users to play solo, team up with friends and family, or compete against each other in an exciting and energetic atmosphere. The game supports up to four players at the same time, with multiple difficulty levels and a simple tutorial to help new users get started quickly.
As an officially licensed game from the National Basketball Association (NBA), it includes all 30 teams in the league. Players can customize their in-game characters with different outfits and accessories or choose avatars representing their favorite teams, enhancing the interactive and personalized experience.
The game offers various modes, including quick 3v3 matches, full seasons, and custom tournaments, in addition to a “Party Mode” that introduces regularly updated creative challenges, such as electrified balls in Electroball and explosive, confetti-filled basketballs in Ball Pop, ensuring a constantly refreshed gameplay experience.
Customers who purchase NBA Bounce through LG’s platform will receive the Retro Party Pack downloadable content (DLC) at no extra cost. This package includes classic jerseys, logos, player accessories, and special court effects. They will also get a Steam key that allows them to play the game on PCs and other compatible devices via the Steam platform, subject to regional terms and conditions.
Meanwhile, LG’s Gaming Portal continues to strengthen its position as a comprehensive platform, now offering more than 4,000 cloud games and around 900 single-player and multiplayer online titles, with the number of active users doubling over the past year, according to the company’s internal data.
LG also announced the expansion of the platform into new markets this month, including Colombia, Latvia, Serbia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, alongside added support for TVs running webOS 5.0, highlighting its global expansion strategy in digital gaming.
LG’s latest TV lineup, including QNED evo and Micro RGB models, supports ultra-large screens of up to 100 inches and beyond, with direct access to the gaming library without the need for additional hardware or downloads. Users can play instantly using controllers or even smartphones.
This move underscores LG’s commitment to enhancing the large-screen gaming experience by delivering fresh content and convenient features, transforming smart TVs into a fully integrated entertainment platform for all ages and skill levels.
