About the Workshop

The Unit will host an in-person workshop titled: “Tax Compliance for Startups and Entrepreneurs.” This session aims to provide valuable insights and practical guidance for startup founders, entrepreneurs, and digital businesses on how to comply with Egypt’s tax regulations. It will also place a special focus on e-commerce and emerging business models.

Speakers and Topics

Speakers from the E-Commerce Tax Unit, Mr. Khaled Mandor and Mr. Mahmoud Mamdouh, will lead the workshop. They will share their expertise on several key topics, including:

  • Tax obligations for startups and SMEs
  • Compliance requirements for e-commerce activities
  • Best practices to avoid common challenges and ensure smooth tax filing
