Microsoft is pleased to announce the appointment of Mohamed Kassem as General Manager for Microsoft Egypt, effective December 1, 2025. Kassem will lead Microsoft Egypt’s strategy and operations, partnering closely with government, enterprises, and organizations across sectors to accelerate the country’s digital transformation.
With nearly two decades of experience at Microsoft, Kassem brings deep industry expertise and a strong track record of supporting customers to advance their digital capabilities. Most recently, he served as Microsoft Egypt’s Public Sector Lead, where he guided national digital transformation efforts and supported public sector innovation across cloud, AI, and cybersecurity.
