As part of the “100 Dreams for the Future… Education in the Administrative Capital” initiative, directed by the President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Eng. Khaled Mahmoud Abbas Chairman and Managing Director of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) and top executives of the company, met with the students. Eng. Khaled stated, “This initiative is part of ACUD’s social responsibility towards our sons and daughters from Upper Egypt, whom we are proud of and work to provide the quality of education that qualifies them for a future filled with distinguished achievements, serving the nation.”
Eng. Khaled Abbas added, “ACUD is responsible for monitoring the students’ education process and ensuring their attendance at the universities, providing all available resources, and overcoming any obstacles to achieve the goal of these scholarships, aiming to secure a better future for Egypt’s future leaders and alleviate the burden on Egyptian families.”
It is worth mentioning that, as part of the “100 Dreams for the Future… Education in the Administrative Capital” initiative, students from various Upper Egypt governorates have been accepted, graduates of government schools have commenced their studies at the international universities in the New Administrative Capital (NAC). These universities include the German International University, Knowledge Hub Universities, the University of Canada, and Hertfordshire University.
It is noteworthy that the ACUD bears 50% of the university expenses for each student, while the participating universities bear the remaining 50%. ACUD is also independently covers the costs of educational supplies, living expenses, accommodation, and transportation for students who will study at the universities in NAC, students will receive a certified degree from the universities accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities.
