«Fawry» cooperates with «Smart Schools» to digitize the electronic payment process

to promote the digital payment solutions in the education technology sector

Cairo, Egypt – 19th July 2023 – ‘Fawry’, a leading company in the field of banking technology and digital payments, announced its cooperation with the smart schools organization (Smart Schools) with the aim of building an electronic payment gateway as well as providing a set of advanced digital technology solutions to collect tuition fees in a safe way.

The partnership between “Fawry” and “Smart company”, the owner of the smart school organization (Smart Schools), contributes to increasing reliance on digital payments in the education sector, which benefits students and parents, through the use of “Fawry”. Smart Schools will enable students and parents to easily pay all tuition fees and their digital payments through “Fawry” portal, eliminating the need to rely on traditional payment methods.

According to this partnership, “Fawry” is working on digitizing the education sector and schools through the latest electronic payment solutions for more than 625 smart schools and nearly 2 million and 400 thousand students, through various “Fawry” channels such as Fawry POS machines that cover all parts of Egypt, in addition to “Fawry Plus” branches spread across all governorates, and “myFawry” mobile application.
