CI Capital and «Arab African International Leasing» Successfully Conclude Securitized Bond Issuance with a total value of EGP 804 Mn
Cairo, November 11th, 2025:
CI Capital (CICH.CA), the leading diversified financial services group, and Arab African International Leasing Company (AAIL) announced the successful completion of a securitized bond issuance worth EGP 804 million for Capital for Securitization, with AAIL as the originator and assignor of the portfolio.
The issuance comes in three tranches:

Tranche 1: EGP 423 Mn, tenor 25 months, rated AA+ by Middle East Ratings and Investor Services (MERIS).

Tranche 2: EGP 299 Mn, tenor 37 months, rated AA.

Tranche 3: EGP 82 Mn, tenor 44 months, rated A.
