Reportage Properties to hold a special sales day in Dubai

Reportage Properties, the leading UAE-based real estate developer, is holding a special sales day at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai next Sunday, September 29.

The event includes various offers on specific projects, including an offer giving a 10% discount, with a 10% down payment, and 1% monthly installment until hand over, in addition to another offer that gives a 5% discount, with a 5% down payment, and 1% monthly installment until hand over, as well as the possibility of benefiting from a 15% discount when paying a 20% down payment, and 1% monthly installment until hand over.

Reportage Properties’ portfolio includes 35 projects in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco and Saudi Arabia.

Reportage Properties confirmed commitment to continue organizing many sales events, which provide more offers, discounts and reductions in line with the requirements of buyers and investors, which enhances the company’s sales in all their projects in the UAE and abroad.

On the event agenda also there was  a press conference for “RMS Capital Investment “, a joint venture recently launched by an alliance of 3 Emirati, Turkish and Azerbaijani companies with initial investments of $600 million.

“Reportage Properties”  2023 sales topped AED3.7bn (one billion dollars) during, compared to  AED2.3bn in 2022, with a growth exceeding 60%.During the first six months of this year, sales exceeded AED3bn.
